2017 DIAMOND AND PEARLS WOMAN'S DAY EVENT will be held in four venues across South Africa with an international teacher, Melissa Kennedy and local South African teachers Glenda Viljoen, Ezme Hartman and Mare-Liez Oosthuizen. Jowilna Nolte, also a South African teacher, will be teaching at the Johannesburg two-day event.

Single payment: Received within 30 days of booking.
• Payment Plan: Deposit of R500.00 required within 14 days of booking with first payment the consecutive month.
• All payment must have final payment received by no later than 27 July 2017.

• EFT payments to be faxed to 086 552 1074, or emailed to accounts@scrapbookex.co.za. In order for the payments to be allocated correctly, please ensure the delegate name reflects as the reference on all payments.
• Failure to make full payment by 27 July 2017 will result in automatic cancellation of booking unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
• A non-refundable deposit of R500 is applicable to all bookings.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION
Class Information and Requirements will be available three weeks prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
- 2017 DIAMOND AND PEARLS WOMAN'S DAY EVENT bookings are non-transferable. 
- A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 is applicable on all bookings Any applicable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial transaction. If payment was made by EFT payment, the refund will be made by cheque or EFT. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process refund.
- No refunds after 05 July 2017.
- If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
- Partial payments will be forfeited after this date.
- Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of the event.

NO SHOW
Registered students who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances will be able to receive class kits by making arrangements prior to the beginning of classes in Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth or in Johannesburg respectivey. Notification must be made to executive staff in writing or email. If arrangements are not made before classes begin, SCRAPBOOKEX or Penelope Dee or Trocraft cannot be held liable if class kits are not available.

REGISTRATION 
Registration will take place from 06h30 to 07h30 on the Saturday of the event. 

You will require positive identification in the form of your ID document, driver’s license or passport to register. You will not be allowed to register on behalf of someone else for security reasons. Remember we are unable to allow 'substitutes' into the classes. If you are unable to attend any of the classes, please send us a written notification in advance so that arrangements can be made to have the class packs/kits put aside and arrangements made for you to collect them after the event.
