    DIAMOND AND PEARL WOMAN'S DAY Event bookings will remain open until all spaces are filled and paid.

    The delegate fee ncludes all classes, class kits, teas, lunch, a goodie bag and sponsor give-aways.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS
    Single payment: Received within 30 days of booking.
    Payment Plan: Deposit of R500.00 required within 14 days of booking with first payment the consecutive month.
    All payment must have final payment received by no later than 27 July 2017.
    ONE DAY EVENTS: R1575.00
    - Single Payment: R1575.00
    - Two Payments: R787.50
    - Three Payments: R525.00
    - Four Payments: R393.75
    JHB TWO DAY EVENT: R2850.00
    - Single Payment: R2850.00

    Two Payments: R1425.00
    - Three Payments: R950.00

    Four Payments: R712.50
    EFT payments to be faxed to 086 552 1074, or emailed to accounts@scrapbookex.co.za.
    In order for the payments to be allocated correctly, please ensure the delegate name reflects as the reference on all payments.
    Failure to make full payment by 27 July 2017 will result in automatic cancellation of booking unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
    - A non-refundable deposit of R500 is applicable to all bookings.

    TABLE ALLOCATION
    Table allocations will be determined by the names on the completed Booking Form, unless written notification is received.

    CANCELLATIONS
    - All bookings are non-transferable. A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 is applicable on all bookings Any applicable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial transaction. If payment was made by EFT payment, the refund will be made by cheque or EFT. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process refund.
    - No refunds after 05 July 2017.
    - If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
    - Partial payments will be forfeited after this date.
    - Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of the event.

    SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
    Please notify us in writing of any dietary requirements no later than four weeks prior to event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate, as levied by the catering institution.

    All times and schedules are subject to change.

    PENELOPE DEE and SCRAPBOOKEX reserves the right to change dates and venues as deemed necessary.

    Should an educator not be able to participate and/or attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, PENELOPE DEE reserves the right to arrange an alternative educator.

    PENELOPE DEE reserves the right of admission.
